LogiVantage provides corporate governance consultancy and diagnostic tools. All reports, analyses, and "Royal Merit" models provided are for strategic advisory purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are designed to assist organizations in making informed governance decisions, but ultimate responsibility for business decisions rests with the client.
The "Royal Merit System", diagnostic algorithms, "10-Dimensional Health Matrix", and all content on this site are the exclusive property of ERW CAPITAL LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our proprietary methodologies, diagnostic frameworks, or content is strictly prohibited.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use diagnostic reports and recommendations for internal governance purposes only. This license does not permit sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our proprietary systems.
ERW CAPITAL LLP shall not be liable for any business decisions made based on our consultancy outputs. Success depends on the client's internal execution of the recommended governance logic. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or regulatory compliance beyond the scope of our advisory services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
All intellectual property, diagnostic data, and "Royal Merit" algorithms hosted on LogiVantage.sg are the exclusive assets of ERW CAPITAL LLP. No third-party technical providers or affiliated entities have any claim, title, or operational authority over the LogiVantage ecosystem unless explicitly authorized via a formal Operational Licensing Agreement.
This independent operational mandate ensures that all governance logic, corporate diagnostic data, and proprietary methodologies remain under the exclusive control and ownership of ERW CAPITAL LLP, maintaining data sovereignty and asset independence for the protection of our clients' sensitive information.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, corporate structures, and governance data shared during our diagnostic process. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our consultancy services and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
No Third-Party Tracking: LogiVantage does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other technologies for third-party advertising or cross-website tracking. Your corporate diagnostic data and browsing activity on LogiVantage.sg are not shared with advertising networks (such as Google Ads or Meta), social media platforms, or any third-party analytics services that track users across multiple websites. This ensures that sensitive corporate information remains confidential and is not exposed to external tracking systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
ERW CAPITAL LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
